Timing chain guide replacement

Default Timing chain guide replacement

2000 S2000 need to replace the chain guides is it possible to replace without removing the head.

Tensioner guide was damaged during install of head metal tab on top was broken off.

You can pull the oil pan then timing cover to do the job, head can stay.

Billman thanks for the advice it's all out! I do have to mention reading the manual it instructs to remove everything, surprised they don't recommend removing the Pistons, go figure flat rate hours.
Is there anything else I should address it has 117k motor looks super clean.

There was an oil pump update, if you are in that deep it would be a nice upgrade for little work.
