torque spec?

Does anyone have a part number for that allen plug, is it the same 28mm plug in the kseries around 2003-2007. need a new one for a new block i am building and it is not shown in parts manual

it’s a sealing washer 28mm and this is the part #
90401-PR4-000 only $1.44

it’s a Drain Plug Bolt 28mm
part # 90001-PM3-003
