Tranny Leak
My tranmission or something near my transmission is leaking fluid. I am pretty sure the fluid is not motor oil as the oil that is leaking out looks fairly clean. I am suspecting that it is Transmission fluid. I install a shift knob yesterday and had to twist the shift knob/lever like hell to get the stock knob off. I notice the leak today. Is my guess that the two things are link possibly? Could twisting the shift lever cause a leak somewhere?
I jack the car up and it looks like it is coming out the slave master cylinder piston cover. There is mainly oil marks/stains over the bell housing and not the tranmission itself. I check toward the back by the tranny drain bolt area and it is fairly clean.
Help Please.

Hydraulic fluid smells and feels different than oil. Can you tell the difference?
If it's fluid from the clutch slave cylinder, you should see the level of the reservoir slowly getting lower. Do you know where that is? Under the hood near the brake reservoir (the smaller of the two).
Good luck, I can't imagine turning the shift knob did anything. Unless you're HULK or something.

Well I actually had to take a set of wrench to the knob because it was seal on. I am guessing Honda had place so thread lock on the threads to keep the knob on. When I try the first feel times, the shifter lever twist with the knob instead of the unscrew the knob.
