Default tranny rattling? not a cap either..

*updated* alright guys i just brought it into honda today, and they said that the rattling could just be from the engine rocking back and hitting the frame . But I dont understand how it could rock that far? and it sounds like its coming more from the tranny, and i changed out my clutch to a SPEC clutch, could there still be clutch buzz, i understand about clutch chatter, but this noise is riculously loud, and my throttle response is a bit slower than how it used to be. And it still makes noise accelerating past 4k rpm and decelerating. What else could be the problem?? and its not the shifter buzz either because i cleaned and lubed up the shifter.

So i just swapped out my motor because my old one busted due to oil starvation and the bearing got melted down to the crank. And after that i've been getting a rattling noise from my tranny, i just changed the tranny oil with honda's tranny fluid but its still making noise, its not as loud but just a little bit softer than what it used to sound like. It starts to rattle when i hit about 3500-4000 rpm, when i hold it at that, and when i let go of the throttle it gets louder. Anyone had this problem b4? know whats wrong? don't wanna buy another tranny if something simple just went wrong..

p.s. its not a cap rattling around inside either, because i never dropped one in there and we just swapped out the motor so if there was one i think we would have seen it? so don't think i have one flying around in there.

yeah i heard about that and we checked it nothing is wrong with the heat shield and its stuck on there, we lifted the car and had someone play with the throttle while we tried to find out where it was comming from and found out it was definitely coming from the tranny. but i wanna figure out whats wrong with the tranny, i just had the car sit for a good 6 months then got it running for 2 weeks than had to let it sit again because of these problems -.-"
p.s. i dont feel like tearing about the tranny and having it sit for a good 2 weeks again :[

my guess is the tailshaft bearing. its a common problem, can be fixed without removing the tranny. theres a thred here on this somewhere.
