Default Transmission Noise?

I'm starting to have this problem again, where I'm in first or second gear and letting of the gas to slow down and then a loud clunk and chattering sound. Plus the car kinda buck but I think that normal. I just recently change my fluids except for the radiator and brake, other wise the engine oil, tranny, clutch and rear diff.
Is this normal for the S2000 with over 34k miles?

I have this thump you speak off, when i let off throttle in any gear "thump". Noticed it as soon has my exhaust was removed 8k miles ago. I hope its normal, if its not time to sell the car.

Yeah, it would be time. After the fluid change it was great, but it starting up again. I haven't gotten any grinds, so that one problem fix.

Only happens in 1st and 2nd? Do the noises happen at a specific speed or RPM? Can you estimate where the noises are coming from?

Seems like you have a "clutch buzz" it seems. It affects AP1 tranny and if i can recall this is what happens:

When your foot is on the throttle or the the clutch pedal, there is no sound and it only occurs on RPM lower than 4500 when decellerating or i guess when taking your foot off the gas when it is in gear.

There is a service bulletin for this...rattling in transmission or something like that.

That is correct, it only happen when I let off the gas pedal and mainly around 2700 to 3500 rpm. I guess it could be the clutch buzzing, I did accidentally burn the clutch twice like 7 months ago going up hill. I hated when people are on your ass when your at stop on a uphill slope.
