I only really hear it a higher gears (3rd 4th 5th and 6th gear) but when I'm driving while car is in gear and I let off the gas there is a noise ( sounds like a bearing noise) any clue what bearing or if this a common problem

 

Clutch buzz maybe, if so, it's only annoying to hear but won't hurt anything in the long run.

 

It should only be around 2-4k rpms if it's the buzz.

 

Yea I buzzing better describes the noise... What the fix??? Replace the clutch... I saw the tsb after I posted and they have a updated clutch... I just want it gone it is annoying

 

I literally just replaced the clutch with an oem unit and the buzz disappeared.

 

I have the same thing after installing my Exedy OEM clutch. Its the springs in the friction disk buzzing/rattling around. Shouldn't hurt anything, but its sure annoying. I'll end up replacing mine again here soon with a new unit so I don't have to listen to it.
