driving on my way home 3 2nd gear pulls with a gt on the freeway. when i get to the stop light by my house. car has a hard time going into 1st gear as if the gear is no smooth or something and has the same problem going out of 1st. park the car let it sit for a while. going for a quick right and it seems normal. any idea what it could be. i just changed my transmission fluid at 40k miles car has 44k miles

 

does pumping the clutch make it easier to shift? Could be clutch fluid or master/slave cylinder.
