thats one thing i forgot to say was i had drained the gear oil out the tranny and found no shavings or chunks what so ever so i am hopping to get the trans out this evening and hopefully see the clutch messed up because i will try to get a replacement under warrenty if it is the clutch. since it only has maybe 7,000 miles on it. and for a street disc thats nothin.

You should check out your rear diff as Cdelena suggested. It would be a shame to pull the tranny and find nothing wrong, but rather that it's your diff that's gone.

Not sure who holds the warranty on your 7K mile clutch but with a S/C and since it's a wear item, good luck. Stock cars have been known to blow a clutch in 5K miles.

its an ACT Clutch and i highly doubt its the diff because the noise is made while i am sitting still.

lightened and balanced flywheel will give you better response.. RPMs will rise faster (less mass to turn) = get to vtec faster = faster accel

That noise is probably your stripped pinion gear flapping against the ring gear.. Why else do you think you can make it in any gear sitting still.

It would be wise to listen to the noise with the door open to be sure it is in front of you and not behind you before you decide to drop the transmission.

update

got the trans out clutch is in good shape but the trans is not something around the input shaft is broken.

anyone have any ideas on where to take it to get it fixed or any parts that can be used to strengthen the trans. or if need be any trans donor vehicles that would be a direct bolt in that are built any stronger.
