transmission upgrade
He could be refering to the throwout bearing. That might have taken a crap if he got his clutch done and they decided not to drop in a new pilot and throwout bearing at the same time.

Manual transmissions don't just 'fail' like autos can. Either you mis shift are keep grinding gears until eventually it will no longer engage. It takes some serious abuse to just blow a transmission when it was working fine beforehand. Why are the two gears different?
Did you grind 1st to 2nd when the transmission problems started?
I'm guessing something was not done correctly when the clutch was installed or your driving habits are faulty, or both.

when i drive, no i dont miss gears to destroy the transmission i also bought the car used so there is no telling what the guy the had it before me did so you cant go assuming i was the one at fault. but you know it doesnt mater it is a proven week point of the car and i am just showing the upgraded parts as i see them.
