Why do S2000 FI comparisons always compare 1980s turbos (lagggggg) with positive dsiplacement SCs?
Sure if you install a GT40 on an S2000 you'll get lag, but no one sensible wants an undrivable dyno queen. A more popular and sensible turbo for the S2000 is the GTX30. With a correctly sized turbo there is very little noticeable lag and more power potential than you can dream of from an SC.
And Positive Displacement SCs? Is there even a PD kit for the S2000? And how does it perform? The majority of SC kits for the S2000 are centrifugal and hence do very little down low. I'm not sure of anyone who wants FI to maintain the S2000 characteristic of bugger all torque down low.
