Im planning on lowering the compresion on my S2000... Does JE make pistons and rods for our car? Reason why im asking is because im going to drop a stage 3 turbo in mine....

JE is the custom piston division. Send them a piston for them to duplicate, or send them design files to make the piston. If you want an off the shelf piston you can get them from Wiseco.

JE doesn't make connecting rods. At least, not to the best of my knowledge. Try Sainz, Pauter Machine, Carillo, Crower, and many others that are reputable- again, send them a rod, or have design files for them to work from.
