I removed the centre console today to install the radio door, and I saw a plug that wasnt connected to anything underneath.
Does anyone know what it is?
I dont suppose it has anything to do with the rear demister?
My car is an AP1 but it has an AP2 soft top with glass, and AP2 centre console. The previous owner had told me that all I need is one piece of cable / loom to make the demister work.
Is this plug somewhat connected to this issue?

looks like the defrost button plug to me... i have the same one in my dash when i had to take my dash out for my defrost and start button.

So it is the rear demister plug?
