Upgraded to Ap2 Diff now weird noise from Transmission
So after blowing my diff again I installed an AP2 differential. Everything was driving smooth up until last week. I got in my car as i usual after letting it warm off i take off and as soon I shifted in second gear its started to make like a rattling or tapping noise. So i stopped and pulled over and it kept making the noise. Until i shut off the car and neutral its gone until i drive again. I thing i might has messed something up when replacing the tranny flange. I did some research and came up that it may be some bearings in there that went. Can you guys please help sort out the problem. I'm car less right now since I'm not trying to make the issue worse. Below are the links to see the videos on Youtube. Thanks

The last video was the car at idle, in neutral? Clutch pedal not engaged? This points to engine issues. Loose exhaust setup.
Any chance you left a tool or part somewhere in the car, after replacing the diff?

The second video is me cruising in first then shifting into second and making the noise.
The last video is the car at idle, in neutral with the clutch not engaged after i finished driving it around the block.
It only makes the noise after shifting in second gear. Starting the car while at idle the car sounds fine.
I doubt i left anything laying around but at first i thought i could of been the tct but since i didn't mess with it i just crossed it off the list.

It only makes noise after shifting into 2nd. Yet, last video had noise in neutral. Or are these two different noises?

Same noise. It only makes the noise in neutral after driving the car and reaching second gear and coming to a stop.

Did the noise frequency slow down or stop, once you placed car into neutral and was at a stop?
