I can handle a lot of debt, the problem for me is getting the credit cards with high limit to be able to max them out and get in debt. I guess i still have some time bein 19 still. Either way, your car is nice as hell. I like the SC write up you did. I should be installing mine in about a month and that will come veryy useful.

Finally got the pictures up. The vafc is on the little stand that comes with it and that is double-sided-taped onto the middle blade of the heater vent and then velcrowed to the gauge pod. Before I got the guages it just sat there alone with no problem. I used to have it on the dash but could never get to fit just right and it was kinda blocking my view so i decided to put it there. The wire is ran right through the panel, no holes drilled or anything.

Hope this helps some of you guys out.

You could make anything work. I guess you could double side tape that too and then run the wire throught that center heater vent and down along the radio.
VAFC mounting is all about preference really. I mounted mine there because it doesn't get it the way of anything, its easy to see, and i can remove it anytime with no marks to worry about.

Another pic to show how i ran the wire.

since this thread is a year old, ...anyone care to host some new pics? I need ideas on placement. Currently, it sits top left on the dash. ...simple, effective, but boring.
