In the group buy section there are some good pics of the vafc in the radio door. I have also seen them in the visor. I think in the vafc library there is a pic of one inbetween the center console and the steering wheel. sorta by where your right knee would be. I think it looks best in the radio door but i am mounting mine by my right knee. I don't like things highly visable to theft. please post your setting for all of us to compare. My harness is on backorder so have not installed yet! What other mods do ya have?

I like the clean console install but that would be the worst place for accessibility.

Mine's in the dome light location:

I was planning on making a trim piece for it but now I'm considering not since the car is pretty much a weekend/track car.

You know what would be cool, I dont know how much it would cost but you know how the radio has a little flip door, a little flip door for where m777erlin has his mountid, btw that looks really clean.

Marcucci,

Do you have any closer pics of the install?

I went out and looked at the light fixture. It looks like it would be impossible to modify it to incorporate the VAFC while keeping the light. I wonder if there would be some aftermarket light that could go on one or both sides of the VAFC. I like the location, but might miss my lights, since I drive my S daily.

Does it produce any glare on the mirror?
