Are the Boomslang harnesses prone to inconsistent connections? I've been wanting to go the VAFC route, thininking about the NEO, but I'd like to know if I'm going to have to drop a decent amount on the harness and then do a little extra prep soldering before installing.
i dont think the harnesses are prone to errors. i am pretty sure my harness is fine

See if anyone in the area will let you borrow their VAFC... just make sure their tune is a bit conservative. If you still throw a code, suspect the harness. If not, suspect the VAFC.
