vibration when taking off

Default vibration when taking off

hey guys does ur car vibrate whenyou take of from a standstill, just normal driving. like thats if you try taking of at 1300rpm or something... i usually do 2000rpm and its all ok, is that normal ? do these cars have to be takin off at 2000rpm??

It's a 2.0, straight 4 cylinder engine, they don't have much torque at or slightly above idle.

Vibes during accelearion while driving may be pitted inner CV cups.
Not very likely on a MY06

Launching at 1300 rpm is way too low. You need to get the rpm up to about 2500 to 3000 rpm.

You can't assume that this car needs to be launched just like a car with a big block. You will lug the engine at those low rpms.

ok cool cause i was referring to the 2L one.. so it must be takin off at 2000rpm for normal driving conditions cool... i just wanted to know just incase we had a prob with that car cause me 06 handles 1500 rpm ok....
