Default engine vibration

Hi guys, this may be normal, but I just noticed recently the during idle, my car vibrates, maybe more noticably than before.

The vibration is not excessive or rythmic, just vibrates normally but kinda annoying. Is this another common S2K trait?

The weather here recently turned alot more humid and hot.

Any idea's you guys can churn up? This may not be an issue at all, but compared to my other cars...the S2K is one noisy girl

Thanks!
Chris

Does you idle dip down below the normal range when this happens? If so, then it's just the engine approaching a near lug situation. A 4 cylinder engine has a natural tendency to vibrate and the lower the rpm, the more this vibration becomes noticable. A change in operating climate can affect the way the ECU manages idle. This can take a few episodes for it to learn and stabilize. Don't give it gas when it does this or you'll just prolong the time it takes to learn.

yea, there are the occasions when the idle goes slightly below the normal and the car kinda bogs abit, but then idle goes back to the normal rate.

I will let this slide for a few days and see what happens. I will also ask the Honda mechanic at the dealer when i take it in for valve adjustment.

Thanks!
