Default Vortec and Emanage Problem

Well I have the Vortec SC installed in the car, I took it to the shop today to get the emanage dyno-tuned but it didnt work my check engine light is on and according to the code P1259 is VTEC malfuction. Well I've checked all the wires from the emage to the VAFC Harness and they all seem to be in the right place. Now my tuner said that normally you take out the Vortec ECU if your going to run the Emanage does anyone have any wiring diagrams that would help me solve this issue. where do i disconnect the Vortec ECU from? where does it connect to? The car is not running good right now cause if i give it gas and i let it off, the rpms drop to the last line and the car sometimes stalls so thats another issue i need to solve.
I really dont have much money left and specially since school starts in a month so i would rather do it my self. Please if anyone can help me with anything i thank you very much.

You need to recheck all the wiring on your PnP harness. The Emanage does wire to the VTEC solenoid. I'd check that the VTEC solenoid and pressure swtich are also plugged in, and the oil level is full,

I occasionally get the same CEL, though I don't use an emanage. I have a VFAC II.
From what I have been able to figure out the components need to be wired in series starting with the S2000 ECU > Vortech Comp > then VFAC or emanage.
Check the oil and all because that will also give you a soleniod malfunction code.
I will be working on it this weekend, we'll see.

YOu remove the map box, and the black box from vortech, and also you take out the FMU. All you run is the emanage, all the other stuff can come out. I will try to see if I can find the diagram for you.
