Default VSA Light, (!) Light and CEL

Back story: previous owner relocated fusebox to the fender, and I never had any warning lights, but most of the ABS codes have been there, but everything works fine.

Went out yesterday and my dash all of a sudden lit up like a Christmas tree. Now I have VSA light, TCS light, and CEL on.
It breaks up badly going into VTEC, but other than that, everything seems to be working okay. Would a dirty VTEC solenoid cause the VSA Light to come on too?
Codes are as follows:
12-1
14-1
25-1
26-1
52-1
61-1
62-1
83-1
86-1

Update: Checked all fuses, checked wires and connectors, everything looks fine. Installed new VTEC solenoid assembly and did ECU reset via "back up" fuse. Now I have every light on. ABS, Brake, VSA, (!), CEL, Oil, and Battery. Could this be a failing ECU? Car runs fine under 6k rpm. But hits that hard rev cut like when you try to hit VTEC when it's not warmed up.
