Default vtec pin location

I know the vtec pins are located on the roller rocker assembly but what are they and where are they located? I just want to make sure everything is in place before I start reassembling the motor. Thanks in advance. Pictures would be great.

Did they fall out or something when you took the head off?

If not you dont have anything to worry about

Alrighty. I don't think anything fell out at all. I just don't want to get everything back together and have to go ripping it all apart because I missed a piece.

Only thing I had a problem with was the Pins in the center rocker they kept sliding out as I put that assembly back together.

I'm not tearing that down as its in mint condition. Where are the pins located? I know the pins in the center rockers are all there I just checked that. I don't see any other pins in the assembly.

Lubricate them with engine oil only during install.

Best oil would be a 0W-30.......

I may try that 0w30 stuff. Anyway, I still only see one pin in the middle that can slide, not two??

^ nevermind my last post. I see in the illustration now that it is representing only one pin. I am having a day. Trying to work on the car and its after 7 and still 99 degrees outside.
