My s2000 wont rev past 7000 RPM

Gauge cluster reads 0

Steering is hard

EPS light is on

Please help im in Panama and S2000 can be counted with one hand here......so I cant simply go to the honda dealership and get help

 

I'm not sure about the 7k limit, but the speedometer and EPS are probably connected. I had this issue after wiring up my yellowjacket incorrectly. look at the directions below and see if any of those wires are amiss. I believe that the speedo wire is the blue/white one.

Check the wiring on the speed sensor, left side of the transmission.

 

Is the ECU throwing a code?
