Default Washer pump died?

Hoping to get some insight on the washer fluid system.
I've done a little searching, but I'm at work and cant dedicate a lot of time to it.

This morning on the way to work, I tried to use my washers, and got nothing. I know the resevior should be full. I filled it about a week and a half ago, but need to double check as I have used it quite a bit. When I pull the stock to wash, the wipers go, but no fluid, and I cant hear the pump at all.

I'll be looking into it more tonight when I get home. But heck, why not get some advanced assistance from the wrenchers here.

What fuse should I be checking?
Pump is located behind the passenger front fender liner?

Any help is appreciated.

1. Check for fluid
2. Have someone pull the stalk and listen for whine coming from pump
3. Fuse diagram is on the back of the fuse panel cover - check fuse
4. Move out of Oregon and never use your wipers again.

very well be a fuse problem, check your manual for the exact location

the proper washer fluid actually has a lubricate for the pump, although not all pump design take advantage of that.
