I have the AEM v1, I guess that is what you call it. I never had a problem in just rain or small puddles. I call what I hit a lake I haven't decided to take mine off yet, but I will be cautious though.

Just saw this post! Glad to hear that you dodged the bullet. I had to replace a motor in my Prelude when the same thing happened.

The code that the dealership told me was P0507, was surprised they had that handy when I asked.

 

I'm glad this worked out for you as it did. It could have been much worse.
The closest thing to your code I have listed is P0505, which has to do with Idle Control Malfunction.

 

It did work out for me, and I don't think I could have done it without the excellent advise from this forum. Thanks again!!!
