hah, this is gonna sound pretty stupid, but I had a similar sound but only when decelerating... And it sounded almost exactly like the sound at the beginning of this video, but in reverse

It turns out it was something near or around my clutch pedal. I never got around to checking it, but it went away. Maybe it stopped after I changed my clutch, not sure. I could also make the sound stop if i pressed lightly on the clutch pedal.

i think I discover the noise. I believe it is the clutch fork that is making the noise. Yesterday it was consistent noise when accelerating between 3-4k and also on decel as well. When it happen, I lightly tough on the clutch and the noise went away.



I have been greasing the clutch fork and slave cylinder about every other month, I'll have to inspect it this weekend when I get a chance.

bummer that the transmission has to go down to replace the clutch fork. clutch is still grabbing great
