Yo guys, I am wondering if any of you have had the same issues with your clutches, and what the fix may be...


Basically the clutch pedal is sticking, or more like getting stuck right after the 2mm of freeplay I have in the pedal. I have to push it pretty hard to get over that sticky point, and then the clutch is like normal.

It almost feels as if the push rod for the clutch might be bent, and it is catching on something the master and I have to physically push it pretty hard to get it over that hump.

Also, it gets worse after I get a little higher in the revs (4-8k), and I have to push it even harder to get it past that point.


I have done the slave master cylinder mod and regreased the ball, and pivot, and everything, but this almost seems to be more of a clutch pedal/master cylinder problem?

This is pretty weird, really. It is only that first few mm after the free play that this thing sticks hard. Like sometimes I almost have to kick the damn thing down. Now I was thinking it might just be a master cylinder problem, but I'm not too sure.

I also tried adjusting the clutch, so it is pretty much activated right when my foot hits the pedal (no freeplay) which actually helped and completely eliminated the problem, but it would wear the clutch out like a bitch, because on hard shifts it was slipping hard.

Hm. No one? Please, I need help. heheh
