Default Weird Smell upon startup

Hey all, this morning I went out to start my car and when I started it up and i let it sit for a few mins to warm up. Upon starting driving, I noticed a burning rubber smell. It was like that for like for maybe about a minute at the most. The car hadnt been driven for about a weke and I think it may have been the e-brake stuck to the rotors, but im not sure. It went away relatively quickly, but I just want to check it out to make sure the e-brake isnt stuck to the rotor or anything. Does that sound like a possibility to anyone other than me? Also, does anyone know how to check that or know where a thread is that explains how to check that. I appreciate the help.

I really don't think it is your E brake, btw your brakes arent made of plastic and shouldn't smell like burnt plastic. You probably drove over a plastic bag which melted to your exhaust.

Check for a bag melted to your catalytic convertor or other exhaust pipe.
