Edit: nothing was wrong. Greddy EMU exaggerated the sensitive throttle behavior this car has

You didn't mention the year of your car so I'll assume it's not DBW.

Did you measure the TPS voltage at idle? I know you changed the throttle body, but that doesn't mean the new one is working properly. Since you mentioned it does not rev smoothly in neutral, I would put a meter on the TPS and make sure the TPS voltage smoothly increases as you manually open the throttle by rotating it from under the hood.

Have you checked for a vacuum leak?
