Default What is the best mod? HELP!!!

Hello there, i have some ideas for my mods and i would like you to help me out. I ,so far, have only changed my air filter (AEM) . I have the AEM Plug and Play ECU and the spoon head-gasket but i have not yet installed them. I was told that i need to change the valve springs and the valves too but i believe that the Spoon polished valves do not have a big difference with the stock ones. I am also thinking of adding camshafts, Toda or Spoon.
I read somewhere that Spoon camshafts are not in production anymore, is that true?
What is the difference with the Toda version 1 and version 2 camshafts. Can both versions be installed with a Spoon head-gasket? What would be the best combination of mods. Putting my head-gasket and polishing my engine (enlarging the inputs/outputs of the air/fuel flow by hand) and valve springs or finding appropriate cams to go with the head-gasket?
What would be a better mod for power gain and reliability?
With these mods will it be necessary to change my clutch kit and add a flywheel?
I will appreciate all answers that come from people who have a good knowledge in mods. Thanks.

The Spoon cams seem to just be a myth, and the version 1 Toda cams aren't available anymore. I think Toda V2 spec A cams can be used with a thinner gasket without valve / piston contact. I don't know about the Ti valves, but I don't see why they wouldn't work. However, you do have to use stiffer valve springs.

If you aren't going to change the cams, then the only reason why you should consider changing the valve springs is if you want to raise your redline using the AEM EMS. Polishing will give you a couple HP.

no one seems to want to do any homework - the Internet encourages "give it to me - now!" thinking.
