what bolts are these?
http://www.garage411.com/EngineRemovalS2k
In the link above while removing the engine the pictures are pointing to the vtec area and somewhere behind the block. Does anyone know which points those are and if they satisfy holding the engine while removing/installing?

This is the threaded hole next to the VTEC solenoid.
M10x1.25 (means its NOT standard M10, it is M10 with a pitch of 1.25mm)
You'll need to remove the exhaust to remove the engine, that will give even better acces.
My manual suggests a 20mm spacer between the bracket and the block to not damage anything and a rag (!) to protect the VTEC solenoid.
IIRC there is a simular hole at the back of the intake manifold, that's the other hoist point.
No picture of that, yet.
Sorry.
Edit.
Okay okay, hold your horses.
Here's your picture.
I've used them both, with the spacer & rag.
IIRC I used one of the M10x1.25 bolts that hold the starter, and another one like it.
At that point I had 2 engines so plenty of spare bolts
They are the official engine hoist points.

Thanks a ton. Engine and head will be bare so iwon't have to worry about the vtec solenoid. The engine is actually on its way back in and I didn't want to use the head studs for lowering as its already together. I'll be going to the hardware store to find those bolts right now. thanks a ton
