What retainers should i get?
I got all my stuff from Earl. He's a moderator on Honda-tech.net and he deals with Supertech parts. I got Ti retainers, SS valves, and dual valve springs for around $500 US.
I don't have his contact info, but using google or searching on honda-tech you can find him pretty easily. Tell him Jason sent ya.

is it true that ti wears out faster and must be switched out every 30k miles?
i tried searching for the truth on google but the same thing comes up...
TI is stronger than steel retainers....i mean DUH but what about life of the parts?

I'm using stock retainers. I'm pretty sure that the retainers that Alaniz sells would work with this setup, too.
Be sure that you do a before & after dyno for the cam install. I'm sure everyone would like to see what results you get.
