Default What should I do with my car?

Hi

I recently got my 2003 s2k on monday (2/20). The car has about 22k miles on it. I don't know when the last oil change was or any maintanence. It would be helpful if someone could tell me what steps I should take to get my car up to date so to speak(mechanical wise).

The things I think I should do: Also what's the best oil and other fluids to use?

Oil Change
Differental Fluid Change
Transmission Fluid Change(not sure?)
spark plugs(not sure?)

Anything else I need to check or get done? Feel free to add anything you would do.

Thank You

At 22k, if nothing has been done, I would do:

oil and filter change (15400-PCX-004 Honda filter and 10W30 oil)
dif fluid change (Mobil1 75W90 is readily available and works great)
clutch fluid change (brake fluid)
air filter (OEM)
cabin filter (OEM)

The spark plugs are most likely fine. Throw a torque wrench on them and make sure they are at 18ft-lbs.

Trans fluid is not a panic, but couldn't hurt.

Plus brake fluid, because the car is 3 years old.

you can go to the dealer and ask them to run the vin. if at any time the car was in the dealer any dealer for any type of service, it will show up.

Thanks for the suggestions guys! I will have them run the vin and check, then I will take Billman's list to the dealer tomorrow, and have them do those things.

Bring your own Dif fluid, as they will not have it. They like to put the wrong stuff in and ruin the dif
