Default What is wrong with my car!

Ok... So it's winter and I usually start up my car every week or 2 just to let it warm up. Well I have always noticed that when I am sitting at idle my car is perfect and sits at about 800rpms.
But if I rev it up... not alot only to about 3000rpm and let off the accelerator completlly it drops to about 200 or lower and almost dies.... I changed the airfilter, changed the oil and filter, and thats it, but it was doing it before this. Anybody have this problem or know what it maybe and how I can fix it?? I would like to get it sorted out before spring comes! Thanx!

It's a 2003 with 105000khms on it with an AEM intake and HKS Exhaust.
Ohh and there is no engine light or anything...

Have you tried resetting your ECU?

Yea I just finished taking off the IAC and throttle body and cleaning them out with the air intake cleaner. It seems like it's better... I will have to wait till it's a little warmer and take the car aroound the block.
