whats wrong with my s2k?

Default whats wrong with my s2k?

i have an ap1 with intke, exhaust and test pipe, i have a vafc2 ( not tuned but inline pro is tuning it monday)the day i put everything on it was pretty fast, now its a terd!!! and it goes back and forth, it really doesnt feel like it has the power that it should, what is worng? i know something is wrong because last night i lost to a stock 06" 350z!

A stock 06 Z is faster...they now have 300hp and are a little quicker then the previous models

A. you can't base your car's power on race win/loss. driver is too big a factor.

B. you can't base your perceived power loss on your butt dyno. the butt dyno lies.

C. our cars are sensitive to weather. warmer/humid days = sluggish feeling car.

06 z's are also heavier with less tq. its still a drivers race between the two cars.

There's a lot of factors to keep in mind.

Also, air density can make a noticable difference. I live in an area where the humidity fluxuates quite a bit and you can tell with the car's performance.

They also lost torque and are heavier so they are not faster... just more HP to make the numbers look better on paper.

true...heavier and less torque. But...being the torqueless cars we are we know that that isn't too big of a deal especially going from like 278 to 260. And weight is not as big of a factor at higher speeds...so the 06's are faster once you get up to a higher speed.
