Angry Wheel Alignment

I slid my car like a dumbass into a curb.
The drivers side rear rim is messed up bad, cracked a spoke near the base and took a nice piece out of the lip. The front rim is missing a piece out of the lip.

Question: What would the car feel like with a messed up alignment? I know I need to get this fixed and I am going on Friday. I just do not want Honda telling me all this other stuff is messed up due to the low miles the car has.

I ordered two new rims and Plan on having them balanced and put on the car before I go to Honda.

My car feels like there is no power steering. Almost sticks in anyway I turn the wheel....

Any input on what it could be even though that could be alot is greatly appreciated.

I crashed due to taking a turn about like 30 or so and over steered. I tied to spin it out and do a 360, keep the turn going and turn out of it but the road was too narrow.

Tell me what you think...

Mark

I'm amazed that I'm the first to answer - you said it all in your first sentence. Pay the price and get it looked at and repaired. Lesson learned - take a driving lesson and use the track not country roads.

Something is bent in the suspension. They may be able to correct the alignment with the adjustments available, they may not.

Needs to go to a shop and be inspected.

I recently did the same thing, but to my front right wheel. I messed up my lower ball joint, the kunckle, and lower arm. From what I gather, those are the 3 area's (including the wheel) that take the brunt of a side impact (ie: a curb). I would definately get it looked at. You can easily check it yourself if you use the other side of the car as a reference. Also.. check the ride height of the car, that was a big give away in my situation.
