4000 miles, use any quality dino 10W-30 oil:
Mobil Dino
Castrol Dino
Havoline Dino
Valvoline

Go to a synthetic after 10,000 miles although the Havoline is just about as good as any synthetic oil. Use the the Honda PCX OEM or maybe a K&N oil filter.

Did you get an owner's manual with your car. It has a pretty extensive write-up on oil changes for MY04. See if your MY06 does too.

You would get more respect on this forum if you were to take the time to read the manual before posting a question like this. If you were to read the manual, but were unclear as to the advise given in the manual, then would be a great opportunity to pose a question.

I personally changed my oil before the first recommended interval per the owners manual, but I don't advocate it. Doing anything different from the owners manual is done at your own risk.

Hello! My name is xviper (or whoever you wish to be). In my busy life, I will sit down and spend the time to read the owner's manual of my car so that I can alleviate others from having to do this. Yes, this is my duty in life ..................... to do for others what they don't have the time to do themselves. All they have to do is to not bother with such things. Come to an internet forum and ask a question and know that someone like me will have done all the work for them and immediately give out an answer that can easily be found in something that the question asker has in his possession.

Aww, shit! That's what I've been doing for over 5 years.

As my good bud, RACER just said:

RIGHT ON! And to the point.

Yeah, I'm a freak!

ONEQUIKSTI,
I also havea MY2006, but I don't have the manual in front of me. I think it says oil change at 7500 miles and maybe at 3500 miles if it's driven under "extreme" conditions. I don't remember it saying anything different about the initial oil change. I can't be much more help than that b/c it's been a while since I read the manual.

I may stand corrected, but I'm under the impression that the '06 went to an "oil minder" that let's you know when to change the oil. It is a complicated algorithm that Honda came up with to determine when your oil needs to be changed. However, there is a TIME exemption on this oil minder, but then, that's where reading the owner's manual comes in handy.
