When should we replace the A/C coolant?

Default When should we replace the A/C coolant?

Anyone with a quick answer on this? It's more for my truck but also my S.

If you mean engine coolant, 2-3 years on the s2k.

A/C refrigerant does not have a replacement interval.

You replace the AC refrigerant when the system has a leak and isn't cooling anymore. No need to mess with it any other time.

The owners manual lists the change interval for the coolant.

Engine coolant and Air conditioning refrigerant are 2 seperate and very different things.
