i know a thing or two about cars/hp/racing but when it comes down to the mechanics/technical terms i'm pretty terrible, so i apologize if this is confusing/something crazy obvious -

anyways i'm not talkin speed bumps. more like the everyday bumps and tar/asphalt changes/repaving. for some reason its gotten much more noticeable as of late, but on a pretty consistent basis whenever the stook first hits these bumps, the car twitches/jerks left.

i compare it to the type of jerk/twitchyness felt when your tire is low on air. i experienced these same symptoms for a while when my right tire valve stem had a leak and i had to fill it with air all the damn time. my left tires are a-ok on the air though.

yesterday when i was going down and getting ready to make a right on nordhoff ( 818 people ), as i was slowing down and approaching the light i caught a bump, but for the first time my car jerked hard enough that i had to immediatly help catch the wheel with my right hand (that was on the shifter). generally its just a small twitch that is uncomforting to say the least, but easily caught with my left hand. yesterday kinda spooked me as the wheel did a full 90 degree split-second jerk.

also kinda noticed - i dont think im quite able to take turns as fast as i was before? taking right turns around 25 or so gives my car a minor "snap" back into place real quick (losing traction/ass but only for a split second and very very minor, but u feel the wheel snap)

sorry for untechnical terms ;/ help appreciated

BINGO. ALWAYS check the basics first. It would be a shame to get the car in, have them check the alignment, only to find that you are within spec. I've found that tire pressure makes a big difference with this car in terms of handling. But that only makes sense, this car is very demanding on all of it's systems because it's tuned to the edge. One section goes out of adjustment, things get thrown off...

Yeah, I read that as well. But, I've seen some people thinking that 40 PSI on all 4 corners was "a-ok" too.
