i have installed vortech supercharger on 2002 ap1...
and i'm hearing this whinning noise under the car towards the tranny...
it just happend today and i would like to know if anybody else same
situations or similar problems?

Could you give more details. Does the sound vary with conditions: road speed, RPMs, clutch in/out, different gears, etc.

i think that sound from fuel pump

i hav a walbro 255lph@60 psi

is that sound like that? does it make whinning sound?

mine used to sound like sucking water or fuel. now it's a weird knocking type noise. could be something else. im not getting any CEL's either.
