Have the same problem with my fipk. It's throttle position dependant, and only happens between 3k and 5k rpm. Give it more gas!

The whistle doesn't annoy me to the point where i'd buy another intake. I actually like the damn whistle and i rarely notice it unless i'm driving partial throttle in the lower gears in silence..
