Default This is why you don't launch an S

I got off lucky on this, I was dumb and launched my car one too many times!!! I thought my diff blew at first cuz of the sound and grinding but I towed it home and got up under her and checked out my axles and sure enough this is what I found inside the inner cv joint;

I know its a small crappy cell phone pic but its all I could get! I am very lucky my diff is okay and I already have a new axle on the way; I was going to just replace the knuckle itself but their was some grinding on the splines of the axle so I do not want to chance it!!

I will not launch this car again

Anyone else experience this

I've seen it several times. Usually people that launch hard.

I've never launched my S. It's just not worth it. Car wasn't designed for it.
