This is why you don't launch an S
Breaking traction during a launch is essential.
That way you don't overload the drivetrain (too much for too long)
Bogging is actually producing more stress in the drivetrain.
And in the engine too...
Lowering chances the angle the CV's work in (with or without spacers IMO
)
and that doesn't help either.
Running wider wheels & tires gives more grip = more stress to breake traction.

I usually launch around 5k or 5.5k but I make sure I slip the clutch so it's not too hard of a launch. Letting the tires slip a little is key as well as someone mentioned above and bogging is just plain BAD!!!!... lol.
Is this a common problem with S2K's? Cause one of the service guys at the honda dealer I go to said to be careful with our rear axles and diff cause he's seen them blow up a lot and I just blew him off cause I've never heard of that problem before until now. So is this common?

any sudden application of torque puts stress on things. I launched at 9k once sheer stupidity yes. However, i guess my clutch is on its way out because the clutch slipped and the rev limited was bouncin like crazy till the clutch grabbed but at which pointed i was already moving a little bit so it wasnt a sudden stress on the drivetrain, only the clutch lol. Only time i ever have and ever will "Launch" the car.
its more of a road or track car as opposed to a drag car. thats why it handles so well. Last time i checked most people down road race mustangs they usually throw them down the strip cause they do well in a straight line...

I only launched my car <5 times in the 2+ years of owning an s2k. 6300-6400 seems to be my sweet spot.
