Thumbs up Windows and Top wont work...

Out of the no where my windows and top decided to go bad on me. Everything used to work perfectly but yesterday i went to my car and windows didnt want to go down. Then I tried lowering the top and same. None of the windows nor the top want to go down. Could it b a relay? Ive checked couple of threads but its mostly about one thing or the other and its when motors go bad. I really dont think all 3 of my motors went out at the same time so im guessing it might be a relay. I would really appreciate if anyone could help me out on finding a solution on my problem. THANKS!!!

don't have any experience w/this but it did raise a good question in my mind. if your top gets stuck up or down (with down being more of an issue i guess), is there any way to manually get the thing up or tucked back down without screwing up anything?

The switch on the center console that says roof

Life up the console. I think it can affect the windows.

Is your parking brake on? lol. Just a thought as it is a long shot, and no one else said it.
