Check the hose on the under side. Suprise that the pin deal did not work.

No, it won't likely work.
You've got to take the nozzles of and clean the whole course for fluid from one end to the other.
I used a toothpick, and a wire that went all the way through. Once you get it to where you can blow plenty of air through it,it is clear enough to work well.

I sat next to an auto engineer on a flight a few years back. He helped develop, of all things, those windshield spray nozzles. It is not just a hole with a shaped nozzle to spread the liquid around. There are flaps/shaped plastic channels in there, rather precise apparently, that vibrate a tremendous speed to achieve the resultant powered spray. UV damage along with age take its toll on the vibration nozzle parts and no longer have the flexibility they once did.

Replace.
