Default Wrong oilfilter

Hey guys.

Just changed the oil on my S2000. Picked up a filter at the dealership. Since i was in a hurry i did not check the number on the filter, i just assumed they gave me the right one. So i decided to check it now, since i suspected them to give me the wrong filter.
Pulled out the receipt and it says 15400 PLM A01.

I did a search but the only filter i something about is PLM A02. Does anyone know if the A01 is wrong?

Anyway i guess this means i have to pay the dealership another visit

The PLM is the incorrect filter. The correct filter is larger than the PLM. 15400-PCX-004

Just FYi when the last set of digits in a Honda part number changes from A00-->A01-->A02 etc, it means the part has been improved over the one it replaces.

Regardless, yes you have the wrong filter installed

The PLM is supposedly suitable for every Honda...

except the S2000.
