I appreciate the plugs, guys.

I've also been waiting for one of my "fans" to post a review in the new Product Review section and get me some free publicity.

My web site may be going up and down some over the next week, I am upgrading to a better server/admin system and it might "go away" for an hour or two at a time.

xviper - if you mean the product reviews section, it's here

Bear in mind the "product listing" is done by the first person to post, anyone else can add their comments as additional posts, and it tracks the average user rating.

I think this new product forum is a great way to see what other users think of products without having to do tedious searches, read hundreds of posts, or get bashed after posting the 27th "who has bought one of these" questions.

BTW - I'm thinking of making an audible alert for high water temp and low oil pressure by tapping into the stock sensors. Not that I have a problem with either, I just don't think I'd notice the visual indicators immediately if I did have a problem. Since I'm getting up there in miles and now have FI, I just want a little extra insurance.

Any input on design? Other ideas?

That's why I didn't see it. Nobody had done it yet!

So I don't put it in the wrong catagory, what catorgory would you think best for your shift beeper?

I have a little bit of warranty left and don't want to void it yet
I'm tending to think the ECU will have no clue that there is a Yellow Box installed since all it sees is a speedo input signal. It can't tell that the input has been "scaled" down a bit. Perhaps Modifry can confirm this.
However, that's not to say that a physical inspection of the car won't reveal the Yellow Box, so if you're worried about it, you need to install it "stealthy".

Had my friend Neil at Rolling Audio wire it up to the tranny sensor. It now resides under the console between the top switch and the hazard light. It fit there perfectly, and it works like a charm now. Yay!! Thanks, Neil!!

I just received the yellow box and had a few questions. I also want to install it in the center console. Is there a way of bringing the signal wire up through the center console or do I have to route it through the firewall. Also as far as the hot and ground leads go, can I tap into any of the wires in the console? Thanks.
