That's my birthday! What a way to celebrate going on Medicare - to wake up the damn dragon. I don't want to be the only gray hair there. Any takers for this year from the Vintage group?

I wish I could.
I wish I could!

I was there last June on my motorcycle and there was a group of S owners there. I think it may have been this single one event that put me over the edge in deciding to get my S!!

I've been to the last 2 Dragon events. There will be plenty of us gray hairs (and no hairs) there.

For Taska & I, August 26th marks our wedding anniversary. It'll be 17 years this go-round

And extra-special by spending the weekend with other S2000 owners

I am getting really tempted. I made WTD 04 and Raul puts together a "first class" event. But it is a "long haul" for a weekend from here. But with SF06 being in June (late this year) I have the bug. Especially since my S is NO longer my daily driver. I really savor the experience now.

We'll be in AZ that week. It looks neat, but even if we were free, it would be a MAJOR road trip.

Go for it! Just fill out the Medicare papers first.

You can enjoy this event at any age. The Dragon is the perfect road for the S2K. Plenty of V-TEC, because you are mostly in second gear for the entire run, right in the power band so the car accelerates up out of the turns real well and then you hit the next turn with a brake tap and let the gearing set you into the turn and the suspension carries you through and back into it again
