I go every two years, so far. Last time wasn't pretty, as I still had my 'baby' weight. Yeah, apparently guys get baby weight too In my case, it came from almost zero gym time and way too much late night snacking.

My doctor told me I should lose 20lbs and come back and see him again. I've lost almost 50lbs since then, so I think he'll be happy when I go back later this summer.

Wow, Dave...good for you! Tell everyone how you did it. I assume more healthy eating and exercise?

Wow, 65% so far getting annuals. That's great! This is one of my MANY hot buttons.
We lost a friend a few years back to a fairly slow growing cancer. This might very well have been caught in the early stages if he had been seeing a doctor. But he always said, "I'm healthy, I don't need to waste my time with a doctors."

Please do keep it up.

That's about it. I find I eat a lot less when I'm going to the gym five or six days a week, so that's what I do.

My current schedule is :

Mon - weights, Stairmaster fat burner level 18 for 45 mins, bike 10 miles.
Tue - Stairmaster fat burner level 19 for 45 mins, bike 10 miles.
Wed - weights, Stairmaster fat burner level 18 for 45 mins, bike 10 miles.
Thu - Stairmaster fat burner level 19 for 45 mins, bike 10 miles.
Fri - weights, Stairmaster fat burner level 18 for 45 mins, bike 10 miles.
Sat or Sun, if possible - Stairmaster fat burner level 19 for 45 mins, bike 10 miles.

I've been doing the Stairmaster for about a year now, and have progressed from level 10 to 19. I should max it out at level 20 within the next month or so. I just added the bike a couple of months ago, and that was just to boost my calorie count to at least 1000 burned per workout. As I lose weight, I burn less on the Stairmaster.

As far as eating goes, I take lots of vitamins and supplements, and eat small meals all day long, maybe 1500-1600 calories total.

I lose 1.5 - 2 lbs a week doing that, but every now and again I take a weekend where I just eat whatever I want.

My original goal was to hit 150 lbs, which should happen next week. I think I could still drop another 10 or so, and that should do it

^Yep. My then husband ballooned up when I got prego with my first. He was making some excellent foods to feed our first born inside me, and he put on at least 20 pounds too. I put on about 50 pounds! I was at 198 pounds when I delivered each of my kids. Oink.

Lol, I had the same problem. My wife was on modified bedrest for most of the pregnancy, so it was endless visits to the doctor with (usually) a fast-food chaser, so I was up to about 186 by the time she delivered. I put on another 10lbs in the following year, and it wasn't pretty.
