Not so good here - just enjoying several Hood Canal Brewery Daybob Bay IPA and Dosewallips Special ales.... no driving for me...

Hmmmm....Wednesday - Gyro & Potatoes, Yesterday - Stromboli, today - Plantains, mixed veggies, Sweet Potaato Pie. Health food all week. We eat out a lot.

I rarely skip a meal, though sometimes I do more "grazing" than dining.

Some interesting "balanced meals" have been posted here.

FTR breakfast is the meal that starts your metabolism going. With an unstarted motor your not going anywheres.

I would prefer the European big lunch meal, but for us it just has never worked. I'd have to agree that it probably is important for folks to eat something for breakfast. Eating one meal a day is mostly a habit I've developed over the last 20 years; it helps me to control weight, but I don't really recommend that for others either.
