The balanced lunch
We have a great cafeteria at work. Lots of fruits, veggies, different types of salads as well as the sandwich and hot food options. Today I ate some rice with steamed veggies and a marinated salad mix of peppers, onions, black olives, celery, etc. But I have gotten hooked on a bar with honey, sesame seeds, almonds, and cashews. Yum...so I have to have part of one. Some days I have a bit of chicken. I have also been eating alot of fresh pineapple, watermelon, cantaloupe and grapes for breakfast. I prefer to eat later, so I go down at about 8 for breakfast and 12:30 for lunch.
